Job description
We are seeking an Aluminum Welder to fabricate gangways, docks, and bridges in a shop-based environment. This role works independently and in team settings on assigned projects, applying aluminum welding, fitting, and blueprint interpretation skills to produce quality fabricated components.
Responsibilities
● Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
● Perform aluminum welding on gangways, docks, and bridges.
● Fit and align components for fabrication and repair.
● Complete independent welding assignments in a shop-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
● 2+ years of aluminum welding experience.
● Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
● Blueprint reading skills.
● Knowledge of weld inspection and metal fabrication.
● Understanding of welding safety practices.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Currently running multiple shifts and overtime.
Must pass a math and weld test.
Day Shift & Swing Shift available
M-F 6:00am – 2:30pm
M-F 2:00pm-10:30pm
Pay: $24-$32.00/HR DOE
