Production Specialist (Vancouver, WA)


$19.50/hr

M-Friday 6:00am – 4:30pm


Job Duties/responsibilities:

  • Wear appropriate attire in the production areas following all GMP and SOP requirements.
  • Wear gloves when in contact with products and product contact surfaces.
  • Work safely and report any safety/equipment issues to production supervisor immediately.
  • Work in an individual production room on your own or with an assistant during cleaning and set-up.
  • Verify current production run with the prior run sample at the start of encapsulation. Report any discrepancy.
  • Ensure all rooms and products are properly marked and remain so throughout the production process.
  • Follow guidelines and SOPs to set up and break down the machine and auxiliary components before and after operating.
  • Document all activity as required by SOPs on batch tickets, room logs, and other records.
  • Mop and clean per SOPs during cleaning operations.
  • Assure inventory accuracy.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
  • Unload and load shipments from trucks.
  • Maintains a high level of awareness to ensure that all packaged products meet customer and company standards.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Communicate problems, solutions, and opportunities.
  • Forklift trained and/or the ability to be trained.
  • All other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Encapsulation Machine Operator (Vancouver, WA)


$18.50/hr

Job Duties/responsibilities:

Document all activity as required by SOP’s on batch tickets, room logs, and other records.

Work in individual production room on your own or with an assistant during cleaning and set-up.

Verify current production run with the prior run sample at the start of encapsulation. Report any discrepancy to the Production Lead.

Follow guidelines and SOP’s to set up and break down the machine and auxiliary components before and after operating.

Set up consists of installation of components using hands and hand tools including torque wrenches and feeler gauges.

Add powder and capsules to the machine as it is running.

Monitor quality throughout the run for physical defects and correct weight. Make adjustments to achieve acceptable quality and efficiency.

Packaging & Powder Line Operator (Vancouver, WA)


$17.50/hr

M-Friday 6:00am – 4:30pm

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Wear appropriate attire while packaging and in production areas following all GMP and SOP requirements
  • Wear gloves when in contact with product and product contact surfaces
  • Ensure that product counts and fill weights are correct while packaging is in process
  • Ensure that all bottles are properly fitted with desiccants, cotton and other applicable components
  • Verify that seals are thoroughly shrunk to bottles and that they are inducted so that they are properly sealed
  • If a pressure-sensitive cap is applied, ensure that the caps are sufficiently tightened to obtain a full seal to the bottle
  • Ensure that all bottles, if labeled, are labeled straight and each cell in the dozen pack box are filled to a 12-bottle capacity
  • Make sure that each dozen pack box is properly stenciled/labeled with the required information and placed in master boxes or directly on a skid for shipment
  • Complete all pertinent paperwork as required on the packaging and/or powder line
  • Work safely and report any safety/equipment issues to the line lead immediately
  • Mop and clean per SOPs during line cleaning operations
  • Ensure that the powder and packaging area is kept clean and organized during the process.
  • Clean all utensils, scoops, and related equipment used in the packaging process
  • Make small adjustments as required to operating equipment after being trained and with the line leads authorization
  • Maintain a high level of awareness to ensure that all packaged products meet customer and company standards
  • Work with other members as a “team”
