Safety

  • Creates and sustains a safe work environment.

  • Inspects product for conformance to quality standards.

  • Adhere to the company attendance policy.

Productivity

  • Must meet or exceed all training requirements including those related to ISO standards and attends scheduled shift meetings or other required meetings.
  • Blend natural base material & pigment according to instruction on work order.
  • Unload power truck when asked by immediate supervisor.
  • Mix all new test colors or materials according to work order instructions.
  • Weigh, wrap & label all material from machines and count floor returns and return to designated storage area.
  • Ensures that all necessary and tools required for each job are in place before work begins.
  • Monitor and maintain correct powder needed at each machine stations.
  • Pulverize 3135 natural on number 1 pulverize.
  • Pulverize &reprocessed chips on number 2 pulverize machine.
  • Cut up-scrap turn into chip on chipper.
  • Provides open communication with supervisor and others needed to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Applies correct labels to material.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain stationary with intermediate walking throughout the shift, frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds and parts more than 50 pounds with assistance and must be able to transport these up to 20 feet.

Must be able to operate the hand tools and write legible. Must be able to position self-maneuver around parts, material, and molds.

Pay: $19.00-Day shift; $20.00-Swing shift
