Position Overview
The Carpenter will be responsible for a variety of residential and commercial restoration and remodeling projects, including repairs to properties affected by water and fire damage. The ideal candidate will possess strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general residential remodeling and restoration work
- Install trim packages and finish carpentry elements
- Paint and complete finishing work as needed
- Install laminate flooring
- Perform tile installation
- Install countertops and cabinetry
- Complete minor drywall repairs
- Build and install decks
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site professionalism
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or restoration work
- Strong knowledge of finish carpentry and general construction practices
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
