About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor/Lead, you’ll perform electro-mechanical assembly operations while meeting daily quality and production goals in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations on medical warming devices
  • Follow job travelers, engineering drawings, and technical specifications with precision
  • Execute and document quality control checkpoints throughout the assembly process
  • Utilize hand tools, power drivers, torque tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and electrical testing equipment
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation in compliance with FDA manufacturing requirements
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement
  • Proper retrieval and storage of materials and subassemblies to support production

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Ability to make computer entries of production quantities and quality checks
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently in a production environment while meeting quality standards
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with FDA-regulated or ISO manufacturing environments
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting and testing skills utilizing electrical testing tools
  • Experience assembling appliance like equipment or similar products with electrical wiring and/or use of wire harnesses

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
