Machine operator/Labor positions (Washougal, WA)


$19.-$20.00/hr

Day & Swing shift

Monday-Friday; Sat. as required.  8-10 hrs. daily. 5 am start. This position will become a swing shift position once training is complete.


Job Duties/responsibilities:

  • May be trained and used in any capacity within our manufacturing operations, including banding, tagging, green chain, cleanup, recovery, etc.)  If the aptitude is present, a person could be trained to grade lumber. 
  • This position pay is $19.00/hr for day shift while training and will become $20.00/hr once moved to swing shift when training is completed.
  • Entry‑level role with training provided; prior experience is beneficial but not required
  • This position does require a resume and interview upon hire
  • Background check required


Machine Operators (Ridgefield, WA)


$19.-$20.00/hr

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all necessary information and tools required for each job are in place before work begins.
  • Pull and review setup sheets prior to starting a job.
  • Maintains equipment required for molding machines.
  • Stages product properly after molding and move to required staging locations.
  • Complete all assigned projects by due date.
  • Review production priorities.
  • Must meet or exceed all training requirements including those related to ISO standards and attends scheduled shift meetings or other meetings required.
  • Meets or exceeds production targets.
  • Produces molded product using various methods designated for the job.  These methods include, but not limited to:
    • Use of oven controls.
    • Use of overhead crane.
    • Use of hand and power tools.
    • Use of pallet jack.
    • Use of open flame.
  • Inspects product for conformance to quality standards


Office Coordinator (Vancouver, WA)


$24.00/hour

Day shift

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinate all parts of detailing and reinforcing supply projects.

Sending new projects and all applicable job set up information and drawings to the detailing team.

Receiving and sending out submittals and detailing questions from the detailing team to the project customer and sometimes to the general contractor above our customer.  

Requesting information from customers to answer detailing team issues regarding drawings or how to address an unclear area or detail.

Save and share any project information like new drawing sets, RFI’s, ASI, addendums, pour sequences, shipping schedules and customer specific detailing requests with the detailing team and estimating team when applicable.

Maintain digital and physical job folders for projects for quick reference when installers call to discuss detailing or installation issues based on drawings or unclear areas.

Update job status logs as requested by management.

Learn and become proficient with the ASA systems and processes for conducting releases, job set ups, control code listings, detailing and more.
